Step 01 — A trained agent works the load

When a load becomes available in the broker's TMS, FleetWorks AI agents get to work. In this tight market our agents handle inbound carrier calls and emails. With 28,000+ carriers actively covering their trucks on FleetWorks, our agents also know which carrier is most likely to cover the load. By default, every carrier is vetted against your rules first.

Step 02 — The agent negotiates on market

Negotiation works with SONAR's lane-level spot rate and market indices to inform a competitive bookable price. SONAR's data is then compared to the broker's configured min/max guardrails. FleetWorks agents share with carriers what the market looks like in real time, so everyone spends less time on bids that won't win.

Step 03 — Out-of-guardrail escalations

If conditions fall outside of your rules, we hand it off to your team. Escalations include conversation history, and the SONAR context is already attached. This process keeps human teams available to do the most impactful work for their business.
